In the month of September, a song was created in the small community village of Mambanje, Zimbabwe, just on the border of Hwange National Park. This area is critical in conservation efforts. Created with and for the community, the song advocates holistic practices and a union with the natural environment.
This endeavor was made possible through a collaboration with African Bush Camps Foundation, a non-profit that is committed to empowering rural communities to become economically sustainable. With their help, we were able to identify local environmental issues as well as their solutions, and create a meaningful song and video highlighting these issues. Check out the amazing work we were able to accomplish together!
