Here you will find various ways to get involved and engage with us directly. Of course, financial support large or small goes a very long way. There are also many other ways to get involved, by joining our virtual global team, joining an existing local chapter, or starting a new one! You can also submit your own related songs and music videos if you would like for us to feature them. Have a look at the details below, and reach out if you have ideas!

         Every dollar donated goes to support our programs, incentives for artists and local collaborators, curriculum and app development, and the people who make it all possible. In this way, we engage and inform community members and students through local chapters, public media, and schools and universities. Learn more about our programs here.

Individual donations can be made by Paypal, Venmo (@ConservationMusicEarthsong), or a check written out to Earthsong and mailed to 575A Southlake Blvd, Ste A, Richmond, VA 23236.

Recurring gifts enable us to plan for the future more effectively than individual contributions, even if the total amount for the year is spread out in smaller installments. This also often good for our supporters’ budgets! To become a monthly sustainer, simply check the box in the Paypal interface linked below.

Those wishing to make a large gift may do so by mailing a check to Earthsong at 575A Southlake Blvd, Ste A, Richmond, VA 23236, or by getting in contact with us at info@weareearthsong.org to arrange an electronic funds transfer. We will respond promptly.

If you operate or work for a corporation that you believe may have an interest in partnering with our organization for a campaign or a longer term charitable affiliation, please get in touch at info@weareearthsong.org and we will respond promptly.

Join Our Virtual Team

While we firmly believe in the power of reach and public dialogue through broadcast and social media channels, we also recognize the importance of getting up close with the communities we serve. We continue to design and test different forms of live events and workshops in schools and community settings. Below are a few of our favorites. Want to get involved? Just like the teams that have “hit the streets” with pamphlets, posters, and word-of-mouth proselytizing for their favorite bands for decades, you can show your support for our mission by joining our virtual street team! All it takes is a desire to join our community, a way for us to communicate, and a willingness to share our content anywhere and everywhere. Sounds easy enough… are you in?

Helping people find and engage with our content is part of our mission to teach and inspire the world! Get in touch if you want to help us get seen, share our content, and tell our stories on the back end.

Writing blogs, newsletters, press releases, and other long form content is important, enabling us to be thorough, creative, and fun with our storytelling. Long form content is also a great resource for our social team, so they’ll thank you later!

With years of archived interviews, B-roll, and musical content, our hard drives are like an editor’s playground. We always need more help creating short social clips, mini interviews, or even longer storytelling pieces!

Developers know that there’s always more work to be done! We welcome volunteers who have some WordPress or CSS knowledge and want to apply it to our musical mission.

2D graphic design and animation are always very useful skills to have on our team! If you would like to apply your graphical experience to our mission, please reach out.

If you want us to feature it on our channels, you can send us the link or the files at info@weareearthsong.org! We will review all submissions, and if you are chosen, we will reach out with next steps. Please note that not all submissions may be chosen, so send us your best!

Start a Local Chapter

Think you’ve got what it takes to start a music-driven organization of your own? Are you motivated to change the world, one small step at a time? Are you prepared to work hard to make a difference? Are you open to learning, and looking for opportunities to gain new skills? Are you organized, energetic, and unstoppable? We may be able to help you make an impact.

Please note that starting a chapter is a major undertaking, and our organization is very intentional and prudent in the way that we scale. If the timing is right, and if we are a good fit for each other, a formal application and interview process will follow your initial contact. Otherwise, we may have other suggestions for getting involved in the meantime, so we can get to know you better!
